The Mbanza is one of the Unique District from Kongo in Civilization VI. Unlike the Neighborhood district it replaces, the Mbanza always yields the same amount of housing regardless of the appeal of the tile where it is built. However, the Mbanza may only be built on tiles with Woods or Rainforests.
